Upgrade your Niko Home Control Upgrade
Niko continually updates its Niko Home Control software to include new functionalities and the latest security features.
In June 2024, Niko will be switching to a new cloud-based system, which will no longer support the first version of the software, NHCI.x.
That is why Niko is temporarily offering to assist you in upgrading your installation from NHCI.x to NHCII.x free of charge.

Why you should do the upgrade?
We strongly recommend you do the upgrade, because if you don’t, you will lose all remote control functionalities. The upgrade to NHCII.x will enable you to remotely control your system with the user friendly Niko Home app and you will have access to many new and useful features. On top of that, the upgrade is free of charge, as Niko covers all expenses related to the upgrade.

Where can I find my MAC address?

The MAC address is stated at the front of the connected controller (550-00003) or gateway (550-00580) in the electrical cabinet or find it online.
